Geometry and fantasy
Crostino is a cousin of spitino, with a filling of béchamel, nutmeg, mozzarella and ham (some add other ingredients ad lib as parsley and tomato pieces or mushrooms, etc). Also in this case, its fillings is contained by slices of bread shaped almost always in a triangular or square form. The geometry is variable, its taste exceptional.
